* Is there a list or bibliography of corroborative evidence?

* Does the site seem to be permanent or part of a permanent organisation?

* Search engines and directories do not search in every part of the internet. There is much useful information that is only available by searching in online databases, including reference materials and journal articles

* Think about alternative terms that can be used to describe the same concepts:

1. Synonyms (eg mobile telephones, cellular telephones)

2. Plural/singular forms (eg women, woman)

3. Spelling variations(eg behaviour, behavior)

4. Variations of a root word (eg feminism, feminist, feminine)

5. Acronyms (eg chief executive officer, CEO)
